Proper menstrual hygiene is essential for women’s health as it can lower their risk of contracting infections, eczema and even cervical cancer. But for many lower-income families, adequate sanitary pads and soap are just not accessible.

Susters4Life have headed two initiatives that aim to manufacture reusable pads and soap. We will be distributing these items around the Western Cape to mark Menstruation Hygiene Day on the 28th of May!
